Joseph came out to take care of my carpenter bee issue.  He was conscious of my pets and made sure they were safe before spraying.  He did an awesome job and communicated next steps if needed.  I can already see a huge improvement.  Thank you Joseph for taking care of my issue!! Wow! Everyone is great at Simply the best pest control, the office staff each time we spoke were friendly and helpful! Alex was our technician and I can’t say enough good things about him, he was friendly, very helpful, answered all of our questions! He’s been out to our house twice and we are so happy to have dealt with such a nice young man, polite and very well mannered! I have a yellow jacket nest that was deep inside between the siding  near the roof. I tried products that said they would die on contact. Covered in foam the yellow jackets flew around mocking me!! I called Simply the Best Pest Control this morning and Dan worked on their schedule and was able to fit me in, had a technician here in less than two hours. I got a text telling me the technicians name and was on his way with an ETA. I should have called them first rather then try to handle it myself. Matt arrived, very professional and explained how the product works. I appreciate you fitting me in to your already planned schedule. Thank you 😊
